Posted once a day for 30 days — here's what happened

Follower growth was about 12% over the month which sounds good but most were ghost accounts. Engagement rate dropped because I was posting quantity over quality. Not sure I'd do it again. Anyone had a different experience with the daily posting challenge?

I've been noticing this too — anyone know if there's a seasonal pattern to brand spend?
