Anyone else getting lowball offers this month?
Three brands in a row have come in way under my usual rate. One was 40% below what I quoted. Not sure if it's the time of year or something shifted in the market. What are you all seeing?

Kill fees exist for a reason. You enforced your contract, that's professional.

Totally agree. I stopped accepting gifted two years ago and it was the right call.
